Beth has also been an avid martial artist since 1990.  Her passion has always been to combine her love of martial arts with mental health and healing and sharing it with others. I believe that we must work on multiple fronts to have a happy, enjoyable life.  We must be willing to dig deep to uncover our innate resilience, the part of ourselves that helps us survive; we must cultivate that strength through the experience of healthy relationships and work daily to nurture and reconnect with our bodies through boundary setting and being intentional in activity--Beth Bowman
